Our Process
Initial Consultation
First Things First
This is where we get to know each other, your property, expectations and vision. Together we will decide whether to use one of our custom home plans or if it would be best to work with a local Gig Harbor or Kitsap county architect to create your own unique design.
Preliminary Proposal
Estimate Of Overall Cost
Once we have reviewed your home details and the site specifications, we will provide you with a preliminary construction estimate. This preliminary estimate will help you to know if you are within budget and are comfortable to move forward.
Budgeting and Financing
We Work With Your Budget
During this step we will fine tune and solidify the construction estimate based on finish upgrades, design changes, approved construction drawings and engineering. Once everything is agreed upon and finalized, we can begin the process of building your new custom home.
Building Your New Home
Breaking Ground
Now that your new home is ready to be built, you can rely on our Eagle Homes professional residential construction team to produce a quality home on budget and on time. You can be involved as much or as little as you desire.
