During the bidding process I appreciate you going the extra mile to be sure that there was a clear understanding of what we were looking for as the outcome and what you would be providing. The up front communication really established a great working relationship throughout the project. Additionally, you made some great recommendations, such as upgrading the heating system that made sense to take into account now instead of down the road. I always knew where we were bid wise, if I requested a change or just changed my mind. There were no surprises at the end of the project.

All of your subcontractors that worked on our project were very professional and courteous. I appreciate the fact that I was able to directly communicate with the subcontractors. Your subcontractor’s hold you and Jeff in very high regard which to me speaks volumes to the quality of your company.I appreciate the consideration that was given to keep the main house closed off from the addition as long as possible. I know that it made some aspects of the construction more difficult but it was very good for us. Again you went the extra mile.Jeff did an excellent job managing the project. I appreciated his straight forward communication and his compassion for David’s disability. He made sure that the ADA issues were taken care of to meet David’s needs.

"Eagle Homes has built both our homes here in McCormick Woods most recent 2 years ago. My wife and I found Jody easy to work with and very professional. The workmanship in our homes was excellent and he always stood behind his work.

From the initial planning stages through all the construction process we had open dialogue with Jody (and his subs) and there were never any surprises. We always knew if we were on-budget or over budget when we picked out items for the house. We did not feel that the house bid was low-balled as has been the case with some of our friends with other builders, who had to write big checks at the end of the process.

"Eagle Homes remodeled our very old and outdated red and white kitchen. Our house was built in the early 1940’s and we needed a complete kitchen remodel, but we wanted to make sure that it would blend and flow with the rest of the house.

We had already worked with Eagle Homes to remodel our old pink bathroom and it came out just perfect! It was just what we wanted. It was beautiful and went with the rest of the house. We knew that they would do the same thing with our old kitchen.

The kitchen was a much bigger project and involved several structural problems as well. These problems were quickly and affordably solved and taken care of before the actual remodel was started. As we were out of the state for most of the project, there were several decisions that Eagle Homes (Jody Cryder) needed to make for us on his own.

When we came home and saw the completed project for the first time we were overwhelmed with joy. The granite countertops were perfect. The Creme Brule painted cabinets and tile selections just absolutely went with the rest of the house. There were no surprises, just delight in what we saw. Everything is top of the line and all of the people working for him are honest and hard working individuals who are wanting to please.

We love our kitchen! It’s just beautiful and we would use Eagle Homes (Jody Cryder) again at anytime.He also added many extra special touches that we were not expecting. We now have beautiful stainless steel appliances, an enclosed laundry room that we never had before, a pantry that is just perfect for a lot more than just food storage, and wonderful lighting touches. I could go on and on but I think the pictures say it all.

Eagle Homes exceeded our expectations and we now have a beautiful, functional new kitchen that fits in perfectly with the character of our older home."

"Our remodel experience with Eagle Homes was exceptional. We have in the past both built and remodeled with other contractors. Working with Jody and his team was truly a gratifying journey. He sets the benchmark for what the construction process should be about.

Jody is a consummate professional. He’s refreshingly straightforward, highly organized, thoroughly familiar with the latest construction advancements, punctual, and his attention to detail noteworthy. His leadership, discipline, and managerial skills kept our project on budget and on time.

Every project is subject to challenges and this one was no different. Jody’s brother Jeff, who oversaw the day-to-day operation, is a master at identifying issues in advance before they become a problem. Their ability to dissect the project to the smallest detail and communicate issues to us well in advance allowed us to make adjustments along the way, save money, and get a better finished product than we had originally envisioned.

The craftsmen, Brian and Kyle, were superb. The quality of their work was top-knotch, they were courteous, and the construction area was always orderly and cleaned-up at the end of the day. With our two curious young kids about, safety was of particular concern and Brian and Kyle were ever aware of their proximity.

Overall, I think what sets Eagle Homes apart from the competition is they excel at all facets of the construction process. Whether it’s communication, technical expertise, project management, budgeting, or most importantly leadership, Jody sets a high standard of excellence. We highly recommend Jody and his team. In fact, we plan to call on him again in the future."
